Common questions
Can I claim more than one bonus at the same time?
In most cases no — active bonuses do not stack. The two exceptions are Friday Cashback (which is calculated on net loss and can run alongside any other offer) and the VIP Rebate (which is based on monthly loss, also independent of active bonuses). Everything else needs to be completed or cancelled before the next one activates.
What happens if I don't finish wagering in time?
When a bonus expires, any remaining bonus funds and any winnings earned from those funds are removed from your account. Your original deposit and any winnings from real-money bets stay with you. You can see the exact split in your account under 'Active bonuses' at any time.
Can I withdraw during a bonus?
Yes, but it cancels the active bonus. Any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings are forfeited; your original deposit and real-money winnings are returned. Some players prefer to split deposits into smaller chunks so they can withdraw partial winnings without voiding an in-progress bonus.
Why is the max bet restricted while a bonus is active?
It is an industry-standard anti-abuse measure. Bonuses are designed around expected play patterns — placing a single AU$500 bet on a bonus-funded account would effectively collapse the wagering structure. If you exceed the max bet, the bonus and bonus-derived winnings are voided. The cap is stated on every promotion page and is usually AU$5.
Are Free Spins winnings real money?
They are credited as bonus funds, which means they carry the same 35× wagering requirement as the main match bonus. After wagering is completed, Free Spin winnings convert to real money and become withdrawable. Free Spin bet size is fixed per game — you cannot raise or lower it.
What if I think a bonus term is unfair?
Write to support or email [email protected]. If a term turns out to have been misapplied or badly written, we fix it — including refunding wagered amounts where appropriate. We keep escalation records against our MGA licence obligations, so this is taken seriously rather than handled case-by-case.
